Last week, we participated in the NEDS trade show at Ahoy Rotterdam on November 30th, a yearly event hosted by NIVD. It included some excellent discussions on sustainability.
Our wireless communication system was a highlight at the fair. Our software is special because it sends messages based on the role and function of each crew member during a 24-hour ship shift. This makes managing work on the ship much more efficient.
Also, there was a lot of interest in our PTS software (Personal Tracking System). It uses a low cost BLE technology (Bluetooth Low Energy) and can accurately locate crew members in damage control situations, with an accuracy of up to 50 centimeters.
We’re really excited that we could show our latest technologies and connect with others in our field at this important event.
